As a Customer Application Specialist in Europe Sales HDx - Diagnostics & Genomics group, you will support our customers in the Pathology laboratories, providing timely and high-quality diagnosis within cancer diagnostic through trusted answers and insights that advance the quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing organizations in the promotion of products
Provide in-field pre-sales technical support to Sales Representatives to ensure high value sales are progressed
Provide post-sales support to customers, including onsite instrument and product training, validation support, optimization/adaptation of products to customers' needs
Participate in Clinical Sessions with Pathologists reviewing slides on demonstrations or for technical troubleshooting
Report the result of actions to sales team and CAS Manager
Drive seminars and special training for customers
Help build customer relationships and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty
Assess competitor activity while on customer sites and report back to Sales Management Team

Requirements
BSc in Life sciences, Biomedical science, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or similar
Master, PhD, Medical Laboratory Technologist – Histopathology or similar
Highly experienced within pathology workflow, H&E staining, special stains Immunohistochemistry and ISH
Good guiding experience and ability to mentor
IT knowledge
High degree of business understanding, and customer focused
Flexible and results oriented
Structured and quality minded
Highly partnership and team success focused
Current Full Spanish Driving License
