Join Agilent's Team as a Customer Application Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Application Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Diagnostics and Genomics Division, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in the Pathology laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to promote products and provide in-field pre-sales technical support to Sales Representatives.
  • Provide post-sales support to customers, including onsite instrument and product training, validation support, and ongoing technical support.
  • Participate in Clinical Sessions with Pathologists and report results to the sales team and CAS Manager.
  • Drive seminars and special training for customers and help build customer relationships and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assess competitor activity and report back to the Sales Management Team.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or similar; Master or PhD preferred.
  • Medical Laboratory Technologist Histopathology or similar.
  • Highly experienced within pathology workflow, H&E staining, special stains, Immunohistochemistry, and ISH knowledge.
  • Good guiding experience and ability to mentor.
  • IT knowledge and high degree of business understanding and customer focus.
