Customer Application Specialist Spain

As a Customer Application Specialist at Agilent Technologies, you will play a crucial role in supporting the journey of our customers in the Pathology laboratories. You will collaborate with the Sales and Marketing organizations to promote our products, provide in-field pre-sales technical support to our Sales Representatives, and participate in Clinical Sessions with Pathologists.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing organizations in the promotion of products
  • Providing in-field pre-sales technical support to Sales Representatives
  • Participating in Clinical Sessions with Pathologists
  • Providing post-sales support to customers, including onsite instrument and product training
  • Assessing competitor activity while on customer sites
  • Collaborating and supporting the Customer Technical Support Team
  • Providing specialist support for major trade exhibitions and scientific meetings
  • Providing specialist training and support for the Sales team as required
  • Attending internal meetings and product training
  • Reporting time for onsite visits and administrative tasks
  • Assisting with preparation/translation for user guides and instrumentation manuals

Qualifications include:

  • BSc in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or similar
  • Medical Laboratory Technologist – Histopathology or similar
  • Highly experienced within pathology workflow
  • Good guiding experience and ability to mentor
  • IT knowledge
  • High degree of business understanding and customer focus
  • Flexible and results-oriented
  • Structured and quality-minded
  • Good English capability
  • A current Full Spanish Driving License is needed
