Key Responsibilities- Program Management: Supervise the day-to-day management of academic programs, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality student experience.
- Faculty Support: Collaborate closely with faculty members to develop and implement innovative curriculum, provide guidance on best practices, and facilitate communication with students.
- Student Support: Serve as a direct point of contact for students, providing support, guidance, and empathy to ensure their academic success and well-being.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Program Assistants and Coordinators, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Admissions, Marketing, Planning, and Student Services, to ensure a cohesive and supportive student experience.
- Master's Degree: In business or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in academic program management, student affairs, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Language: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
