Dean of Academic Affairs

Berklee Valencia is seeking a Dean of Academic Affairs to inspire and guide its academic programs into the future. As a member of the Valencia Executive Team, this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing the academic strategy and operations of the campus. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to collaborate with the Executive Director and Berklee Academic Affairs. The Dean will provide leadership to an academic team composed of seasoned educators and industry professionals, and will work closely with the Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs/Provost and other Berklee Boston personnel to shape and develop programs at Berklee Valencia. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of higher education and a passion for academic leadership. The role will involve developing and implementing academic policies, managing academic programs, and providing strategic guidance to the campus. The Dean will also be responsible for ensuring consistency between Valencia and Boston in curriculum offerings and developing programs that complement existing offerings.
