Associate Director, Operations

Job Summary
The Associate Director, Operations will lead and coordinate programs in the area of Special Projects from the definition phase to its final delivery. These projects are focused on delivering IE Executive Education programs to corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Create program proposals for clients, following their requests and gathering input from professors and other academic areas. Proposals include understanding client requests, content definition, program structure, timings, and price estimations.
- Coordinate with clients the definition and delivery of the program and maintain continuous communication throughout the program.
- Lead program planning and preparation, with the support of the team, the academic director, and professors, ensuring full coordination with all stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support the team with administrative tasks, including program integration into systems, operational and logistics preparation, and ensuring all platforms and materials are correctly prepared.
- Ensure program delivery, with all materials available and properly communicated to participants and professors. Be aware of any changes occurring throughout the program and make decisions to adjust as necessary.
- Lead projects to improve internal processes, increasing efficiency in the preparation and delivery phase and perceived value of participants, such as resource allocation, templates, dashboards, knowledge sharing, SharePoint maintenance and improvement, and technology enhancement.
- Assist with planning, editing, and review of marketing materials, such as brochures, if the program requires it.
Requirements
- Master's degree from a top University.
- Fluent in Spanish (native level) and English.
- Outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability, and a positive customer-oriented style.
- Visionary problem solver and change agent.
- Experience in Management Consulting is highly valued.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective resource management.
