Job Summary

The Associate Director, Operations will lead and coordinate programs in the area of Special Projects from definition to delivery. This role is responsible for creating proposals, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create program proposals for corporate clients, including content definition, program structure, timings, and price estimations.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define and deliver programs, maintaining continuous communication throughout the process.
  • Lead program planning and preparation, ensuring coordination with the team, academic director, and professors.
  • Coordinate and support the team with administrative tasks, including program preparation, logistics, and platform setup.
  • Ensure program delivery, with all materials available and properly communicated to participants and professors.
  • Lead projects to improve internal processes, increasing efficiency and perceived value of participants.

Requirements

  • Master's degree from a top University.
  • Fluent in Spanish (native level) and English.
  • Outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability, and a positive customer-oriented style.
  • Visionary problem solver and change agent.
  • Experience in Management Consulting is highly valued.
