We love testing, launching, and executing new projects, and supervising all Operations-related topics, from events execution to user and partner operations.
About the RoleWe are seeking an Operations Associate who is passionate about improving efficiency and loves to get things done. As an Operations Associate, you will participate in different company-wide projects focused on improving specific areas of the business. You will have the opportunity to lead a project with the support of senior members of your team, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines. You will also lead the necessary analysis for the completion of multiple projects, identifying the best solutions in each scenario, taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction, cost control, and profitability.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual with 1-2 years of relevant experience in consulting, operations, or tech-related fields. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields. You should be fluent in Spanish and English, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should also be able to adapt to change and create it in a fast-growing company like Feverup.
