About the Team

As a member of the Operations team, you will play a crucial role in helping Feverup grow, increasing efficiency in our ways of working, and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all our stakeholders. We are a fast-growing company, and we want you to help us adapt to these changes.

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Associate who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds the way to get things done. This cross-functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working, and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Feverup works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in different company-wide projects focused on improving a specific area of the business.
  • Have the opportunity to lead a project with the support of senior members of your team, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines.
  • Lead the necessary analysis for the completion of multiple projects, identifying the best solutions in each scenario, taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction, cost control, and profitability.
  • Identify areas of improvement and work on the continuous improvement strategy across all areas of the business.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
About You

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations, or tech-related). You should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields. You should be fluent in Spanish and English, and you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
