Job Summary

CERM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MIS Implementation Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering successful CERM system implementations, providing exceptional customer support, and software consultancy to our clients in the Label and Packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Provide expert-level training and consultancy to clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from the CERM system
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and helpdesk, to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives
  • Travel to client sites (up to 50% of the time) to deliver implementation services and provide ongoing support

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Label and Packaging industry, with a strong understanding of ERP systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of delivering successful implementation projects and providing exceptional customer support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
