Job Summary

CERM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced MIS Implementation Specialist to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering successful CERM system implementations, providing customer support, and software consultancy to our clients in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projects to a successful conclusion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Provide post-go-live support and ongoing consultancy to our customer base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with product management, helpdesk, and other teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal administration, including accurate and timely reporting.
  • Participate in team meetings and share best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Label and Packaging industry, with a strong understanding of ERP systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to customer sites.
