About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team at Sin nombre. As a Crm Lead V509, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer engagement through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Relationship Management: Monitor and maintain relationships with existing customers through our CRM system, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  2. Sales Funnel Optimization: Ensure our CRM system provides an effective sales funnel, enabling us to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  3. Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with our Commercial and Marketing Managers to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive new customers and boost our market presence.
  4. Data Analysis: Analyze data to inform business development and campaigns, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  5. IT Liaison: Act as a liaison between our IT and CRM teams to identify consumer segments for targeted campaigns.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Partner with various stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives.
  7. Data Management: Maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy, ensuring our CRM system is up-to-date and reliable.
  8. CRM System Management: Work with our IT team to manage our CRM system and data warehousing, ensuring seamless integration and data quality.

Requirements
  1. Education: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.

  3. Experience: Bring +5 years of experience in a similar role, with a background in Sales or Marketing.
  4. Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, with proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools.
  5. Language: Fluently speak and write in both Spanish and English.
