About the Role

Mars (New) is seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Lead to drive the implementation of Salesforce CRM across various brands and divisions of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the product team lead and the Product Owner of CRM to drive the rollout across customer engagement platforms.
  • Identify feature requirements, outline the team's technical vision, and convert these elements into a comprehensive backlog for the development team.
  • Engage in product and business discussions with a technical eye for feasibility and adherence to overall roadmap and architectural strategy.
  • Work alongside a team comprised of scrum master, business analyst UI/UX specialist, frontend and backend engineers, data integration lead, and data analyst to support the overall product development.
  • Ensure the SFMC CORE Product technical setup is scalable across MARS Petcare divisions and brands.
  • Oversee the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other products.
  • Manage and optimize data flows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring data accuracy and security.
