Job Summary

Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and fish feed, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crm Lead V509 to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems and ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that will drive new customers to boost our company's market presence and increase customer engagement.
  • Analyze data to inform business development and campaigns, and act as a liaison between the IT and CRM team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns.
  • Partner with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives, and maintain and improve data management processes and accuracy.
  • Work with IT to manage CRM system and data warehousing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Analytics or similar.
  • +5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Background in Sales or Marketing.
  • Strong analytical & detail-oriented skills.
  • Communicative, influential, and collaborative.
  • Professional skills using Excel (other reporting tools are a plus).
  • Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English.
