Job Title: Team Lead CRM Automation Specialist

Job Summary:

We have a brand-new opportunity for a skilled Team Lead CRM Automation Specialist. In this role, you'll take charge of CRM automation, where your leadership and creativity will redefine customer connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, optimize, and steer CRM workflows to enhance customer engagement, ensuring alignment with business and marketing strategies.
  • Lead the mapping and segmentation of customer journeys to deliver high-impact, personalized campaigns that drive growth.
  • Oversee continuous monitoring, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • Introduce cutting-edge CRM strategies and tools, setting new standards for campaign efficiency and success.
  • Lead and mentor a team of CRM Automation Specialists, guiding them through technical challenges and fostering a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
  • Work closely with marketing, IT, and other teams to integrate CRM strategies into broader business objectives, driving cross-channel success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years in CRM management with proven success in CLV improvement, revenue growth, and team leadership.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms, data architecture, scripting, and integrations, capable of troubleshooting under pressure.
  • Expertise in multichannel campaigns, customer engagement strategies, and impactful marketing copywriting.
  • Proficient in data analytics, customer journeys, and predictive modeling, with a focus on actionable insights.
  • Proactive leadership mindset, capable of managing multiple projects independently, prioritizing effectively, and handling high-pressure situations.
