About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Engineering Manager to join our team and drive the CRM strategy for our ELL division. As a key member of our technology hub, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of CRM technology and innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CRM Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, requirements, and timelines. Develop and implement a CRM strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.
  2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful implementation of CRM solutions. Foster a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing within the team.
  3. Project Management: Lead and manage CRM projects from planning to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  4. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of engineers to deliver high-quality CRM solutions. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's productivity and efficiency.
  5. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the single point of contact for CRM-related matters, collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  6. Security and Compliance: Ensure the CRM solution meets security and compliance requirements, working closely with the product and development teams.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on project progress, budget, and resource allocation, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in Salesforce implementations and sustain, software engineering principles, development processes, technologies, methodologies, and industry trends.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with software development tools and technologies, such as version control systems, issue tracking systems, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  4. Personal Qualities: Ability to make strategic decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple demands simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Passion for staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
