**Job Summary**
Basf Se is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team. As a Cyber Security Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects of medium to high complexity, from conceptualization through completion. You will work closely with program management, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure efficient project work, including classic and agile methodologies.
- Assume responsibility for interdisciplinary and cross-unit project management tasks.
- Ensure compliance with project goals regarding time, budget, and quality.
- Lead a project team in a global environment, setting up the project organization and staffing the team.
- Drive RfI and RfP Processes in collaboration with the functional project team members and Procurement.
- Manage Change Requests, including approval processes and adjustments to project planning and communication.
- Perform Project Risk Management to secure the success of the project.
- Support business relationship management and improve relations with operational business units and corporate functions.
- Perform Communication and Change Management activities in your project.
- Manage a global, cross-functional team, coordinating tasks and ensuring communication within the team.
- Participate in the project manager community and provide continuing and professional education through lessons learned and training activities.
**Requirements**
- Hold a degree in business and economics or computer science or a comparable education.
- Have several years of experience in project management.
- Have several years of experience in project work and experience in engineering of Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, or experience as a Manager.
- Be able to work in an international team and provide high analytical skills, customer, and service orientation.
- Be able to depict the results of your work convincingly based on outstanding communication skills.
- Have great communications skills to align and communicate with stakeholders throughout BASF's organization.
- Have outstanding language skills in English.
