About the Role:

This is a critical position in supporting our company's global expansion through scaling our capacity. As a Product Management Leader, you will work alongside a globally distributed network of product managers, technical program managers, engineering & UX counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Be the voice of International customers in every conversation and decision across all of our products and services.
  2. Align executives, communicate the roadmap, convince peers, coordinate dependencies and remove obstacles for your team along the way.
  3. Lead a diverse team of Country Product Managers; empower them to be the best version of themselves.

Requirements:

Required:

  1. 5+ years in product management with at least 2 years of people management experience.
  2. Experience building and shipping products to customers internationally.
  3. Demonstrated experience leading high performing, inclusive teams; mentoring junior product managers, and teaching proven practices that help teams grow.
  4. Communication skills that demonstrate empathy and compassion to build trust, resolve conflicts, and provide feedback to your team.
  5. Strong product vision and a demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate, advocate, and execute on that vision.
  6. Lead by influence across distributed product teams. Drive product design and requirements across many product roadmaps and scrum teams.
  7. Strong bias for making data driven decisions.

Desired:

  1. Diverse domain experience such as B2B/ B2C, front/ back end, customer/ geographic segments.
  2. Technically savvy and experienced with the cloud, APIs, communications and/ or enterprise software.
  3. Solid understanding of technical architecture, product design and demonstrable experience in balancing between these and customer & business value.

Location: This role will be based in Madrid/Remote-Spain, London/Remote-UK or Dublin/Remote-Ireland.
