Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the core business and trends within the Office of CFO, including market ownership, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Utilize customer insights analyses to inform product feature development, prioritization, and detailing.
- Collaborate with Development scrum teams to deliver high-quality features and ensure customer delight.
- Work with Pre-Sales to deliver demos and support external marketing and internal enablement efforts.
- Develop and implement a product strategy for growth, including optimizing current product offerings and evaluating options for new solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sales and service teams are prepared to represent the Tagetik Software brand and strengthen relationships with customers.
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software company leadership, with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Performance Management (CPM), or Extended Planning (XP&A).
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software company Product Management.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information and formulate aligned approaches and plans.
- Experience managing multiple complex international projects and leading teams of people.
- Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in a global matrix organizational structure.
- MBA or equivalent degree.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to executive levels.
- Deep understanding of the Office of CFO and Enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
