Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product management of CCH Tagetik's Extended Planning offering, with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support a successful Go-to-market execution.

This is a global role that requires a deep understanding of the Office of CFO and the entire enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting process.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a product roadmap for Extended Planning, leveraging the CCH Tagetik platform as a strategic asset for delivering additional products and solutions.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate prospects for share of wallet growth, increased market share, and expansion into logical adjacencies.
  3. Work with Development scrum teams to deliver product features, ensuring quality and delighting customers.
  4. Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Marketing teams to deliver demos and ensure sales and service teams are prepared to represent the CCH Tagetik brand.
  5. Develop and implement a product strategy for growth, including optimizing current product offerings and evaluating options for new solutions.
Requirements
  1. At least 10 years of enterprise software company leadership experience in FP&A, CPM, ERP, and XP&A markets.
  2. At least 5 years of enterprise software company Product Management experience.
  3. Understanding of important processes within the Office of CFO of large Enterprises and the entire enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting process.
  4. Experience managing multiple complex international projects in the FP&A area.
  5. Experience positioning FP&A & CPM externally and internally.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. MBA degree.
  2. Ability to work within a global matrix organizational structure.
  3. Able to work within a global cultural team with a collaborative style and experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  4. Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and leading teams of people, projects of varying complexity, and daily operations of the business.
  5. Deep customer orientation with the ability to focus teams on providing premium service efficiently and economically.
