Job Overview

The focus of this position is to understand the global market trends, align with the company's strategic priorities, and lead the product management for the Tagetik Extended Planning offering, with emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support a successful Go-to-market execution.

We operate on a global scale with direct and indirect operations around the world and continue to expand across regions and product capabilities. You will be based in a remote location in Europe, reporting directly to the VP, Integrated Business Planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the segment priorities through other functional organizations (Sales, Presales, Partner & Alliances, Marketing, Go-to-market & pricing, Development, Customer Success, Finance) and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Performance Management & ESG division of Wolters Kluwer.
  • Drive revenue and position the company in the market through an Outbound Product Management function.
  • Manage multiple complex international projects in the FP&A area and position FP&A & CPM externally (to Analysts, in Webinars, User Conferences and events) AND internally (Sales Enablement, Marketing support, Pre-Sales support and GTM support).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 10 years of enterprise software company leadership experience in the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Performance Management (CPM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Extended planning (XP&A) markets.
  • At least 5 years of enterprise software company Product Management experience.
  • Understanding of important processes within the Office of CFO of large Enterprises and the entire enterprise-wide budgeting, planning, and forecasting process.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA.
  • Synthesize complex information and formulate an aligned approach and plan.
  • Able to work within a global matrix organizational structure.
  • Deep customer orientation with the ability to focus teams on providing premium service efficiently and economically.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences in English, including executive presentations to senior organization levels.
