About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Management Specialist to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our stores, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Manage maintenance contracts and installations across all our centers.
- Provide training to maintenance personnel at each center.
- Prepare and analyze cost reports.
- Manage our internal web platform and SCADA system.
- Report to the responsible person on maintenance progress at each center.
- Establish and maintain relationships with our stores and colleagues.
- Hold meetings with suppliers to control incidents.
- Manage contracts and provide support to stores in case of incidents.
About You
- Experience in facility management, particularly in maintenance.
- Industrial engineering or higher education in industrial equipment maintenance.
- Valuable knowledge of climate control systems.
- Knowledge of the facility market.
- Experience and knowledge of GMAO and SCADA systems.
- Valuable SAP knowledge.
- Professional level of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
- High-level English conversation and technical vocabulary in the area.
