About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at PUMA. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to store staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets, while maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  3. Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  4. Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, identifying and developing talent to drive business results.
  5. Customer Focus: Ensure that every customer interaction is exceptional, building loyalty and driving repeat business.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven Leadership: 2-4 years of management experience in a customer-focused retail environment, ideally in apparel or footwear.
  2. Sales Mastery: A track record of exceeding sales targets while managing payroll and expenses.
  3. Team Development: A talent for identifying, training, and retaining top talent.
  4. Strong Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with your team and customers, and present information to large groups.
  5. Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a knack for managing complex tasks.
