Customer Relations Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Executive to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our FX Dealing Team, you will be responsible for providing daily operational and trading assistance to our corporate clients.
In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to work with a portfolio of 300 clients who trade online through our EBO platform. You will need to possess excellent client-facing skills, operational know-how, and problem-solving abilities to expertly switch between each as needed.
You will act as an ambassador for our product and service at a customer-facing level, ensuring that our clients have Ebury as their main platform for trading and making payments internationally.
The ideal candidate will have Spanish fluency and English at a professional level, sales skills, knowledge of FX, and adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
