Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business results by defining and executing retail-optimized strategies and sales follow-up across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure targets by channel are met through effective sales planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Activation Manager and Channel & Acquisition Manager to analyze sales and service KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions.
  • Develop business cases for new and existing boutiques to drive omnichannel business growth, including opportunities for improvement in new and existing boutiques.
  • Support the Director in making informed investment decisions and driving optimal investments in the OP process for both CAPEX and OPEX.
  • Translate company decisions into actionable retail channel strategies.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Retail Operations.
  • Cross-management team experience.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Proactive behavior, rigor, reliability, and enthusiasm.
  • Interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Business English. Other European language will be an asset.
  • Pragmatic, analytical knowledge.
  • Capacity to work in a multitasking environment.
  • Flexibility to travel.
