Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Image Standardization: Develop and implement strategies to maintain a consistent brand image across all retail stores, ensuring that our visual identity is accurately represented.
- Store Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with store teams to create visually appealing store displays and window displays that showcase our products in an attractive and engaging manner.
- Store Operations Management: Oversee the implementation of store management systems, ensuring that all stores are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Logistics and Inventory Management: Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurately tracked and that stock is properly rotated.
- New Product Launches: Coordinate the launch of new products across all retail stores, ensuring that all necessary materials and resources are available.
- Store Incident Management: Investigate and resolve any incidents or issues that may arise in our retail stores, ensuring that our brand reputation is protected.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese, English, and Spanish, with additional language skills a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
- Operational Planning Skills: Proven ability to analyze data and develop effective operational plans.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-Oriented: Strong results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: At least two years of experience in a retail operations or management role, with a minimum of one year in a related industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools.
