Retail Operations Manager

As a Retail Operations Manager at Primark España, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our retail operations in the Madrid market. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and advise the Country Leader on implementing the Retail Strategy in your market, working on strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives
  • Lead a team of administrators to run market operations smoothly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Monitor and report on market performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide training and support to store teams to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer experiences
Requirements:
  • Desirable Store Manager or higher in retail

  • Report writing skills for all management levels
