Job Summary:

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring that our brand image is consistently delivered across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Image Standardization: Develop and implement strategies to maintain a consistent brand image across all retail stores, ensuring that our visual identity is accurately represented.
  • Store Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with store teams to create visually appealing store displays and window displays that showcase our products in an attractive and engaging manner.
  • Store Operations Management: Oversee the implementation of store management systems, ensuring that all stores are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Logistics and Inventory Management: Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurately tracked and that stock is properly rotated.
  • New Product Launches: Coordinate the launch of new products across all retail stores, ensuring that all necessary materials and resources are available.
  • Store Incident Management: Investigate and resolve any incidents or issues that may arise in our retail stores, ensuring that our brand reputation is protected.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in Chinese, English, and Spanish, with additional language skills a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Operational Planning Skills: Proven ability to analyze data and develop effective operational plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-Oriented: Strong results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in a retail operations or management role, with a minimum of one year in a related industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using office software and other relevant tools.
