Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Promoter Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for training and engaging our retail promoters, as well as leading quarterly retail workshops with our European markets networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Engagement:
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials for our retail promoters, including brand, product, and soft skills training.
    • Conduct Train the Trainer sessions to ensure that all trainers are equipped to deliver high-quality training to our retail promoters.
    • Monitor and report on training coverage and engagement metrics.
    • Manage our vivo promoters Facebook community to facilitate information sharing and engagement.
  • Community Management:
    • Collect and analyze community engagement performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Workshop Operations:
    • Lead quarterly retail workshops with our European markets networks to drive business growth and improve retail operations.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in training or community management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to structure ideas effectively.
  • Professional drive and strong desire to learn.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Fluency in English, German, or another European language is preferred.
  • Passion for technology and consumer electronics.
  • Experience working with multiple teams and ability to multitask.
