As a key member of our team, you will lead multiple teams and enjoy working directly with our customers. The purpose of this role is based around three main pillars: Significant Issues & Escalations, Customer Care and Warranty Costs Management.

You are the right candidate if you are an engineer with some interest or experience in Electronics with an MBA / Business mindset who enjoys achieving goals. You will manage customer complaints regarding warranties & getting support from our plant teams to achieve quick actions. You will be troubleshooting all issues in coordination with the plan and monitor forecast and budget the Warranty costs.

Requirements:


Engineering studies and Business / MBA background


At least 3 years of professional experience in contact with OEM customers.


Fluent in English and one other European language
