Job Description

Job Title: International Accounting Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced International Accounting Manager to join our team at RingCentral. As a key member of our global accounting team, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and maintenance of financial statements for our international subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and posting of journal entries for month-end and quarter-end close process
  • Oversee intercompany transactions, including compliance with Intercompany Transfer Pricing agreements
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company requirements
  • Review financial statements and prepare balance sheet/PL variance analysis for management reporting
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers to fulfill local statutory reporting requirements
  • Serve as point of contact for foreign subsidiaries for all financial matters
  • Collaborate with business and FPA to understand budget implications and implement planning strategy for accounting issues
  • Ensure compliance with company group accounting policies and the application of US GAAP
  • Prepare schedules for annual and quarterly reviews as required for external auditors
  • Implement new accounting pronouncements, process improvements, control enhancements, and establish best practices for day-to-day activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA with minimum 5 years of relevant field and management experience
  • Experience in working in global companies and knowledge of compliances in international subsidiaries
  • Knowledge of consolidations
  • Strong sense of ownership and curiosity to learn new skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet competing deadlines
  • Results orientation with an ability to collaborate with different individuals across the organization
