**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced International Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and preparation of financial statements for our subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with the month-end and quarter-end close process for our subsidiaries, performing various accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries.
  • Oversee all intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with Intercompany Transfer Pricing agreements and the completeness and accuracy of Intercompany accounts.
  • Manage compliance requirements for the company and vendor relationships.
  • Review financial statements and prepare balance sheet/PL variance analysis for management reporting.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers to fulfill local statutory reporting requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for foreign subsidiaries for all financial matters, identifying and resolving operational, financial, and strategic issues that impact the company.
  • Collaborate with business and FP&A to understand budget implications and implement planning strategy for accounting issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong accounting and financial management skills, with experience in IFRS and intercompany transactions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting and financial reporting tools.
