International Accounting Manager

About the Role

We're currently looking for an International Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key player in our international accounting team, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and preparation of financial statements for our subsidiaries on a monthly and quarterly basis in accordance with IFRS.

Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversight of all intercompany transactions, including compliance with Intercompany Transfer Pricing agreements, to ensure completeness and accuracy of Intercompany accounts.
  • Compliance requirements for the company, including managing vendor relationships and reviewing financial statements.
  • Preparation of balance sheet/PL variance analysis for management reporting and coordination with third-party service providers to fulfill local statutory reporting requirements.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for foreign subsidiaries for all financial matters, identifying and helping to resolve operational, financial, and strategic issues that impact the Company.
  • Collaboration with business and FP&A to understand budget implications and implement planning strategy for accounting issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with Company group accounting policies and the application of US GAAP.
