Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled International Accounting Manager to join our team at RingCentral. As a key player in our international accounting team, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and preparation of financial statements for our subsidiaries on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee all intercompany transactions, including compliance with intercompany transfer pricing agreements, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company requirements.
  • Review financial statements and prepare balance sheet/PL variance analysis for management reporting.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers to fulfill local statutory reporting requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for foreign subsidiaries for all financial matters, identifying and resolving operational, financial, and strategic issues that impact the company.
  • Collaborate with business and finance teams to understand budget implications and implement planning strategies for accounting issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company group accounting policies and the application of US GAAP.
