The GCS Technical Content Manager will be part of the Knowledge & Learning Excellence Team, responsible for creating and managing technical content for Roche Diagnostics' products. This role requires strong organizational and planning skills, as well as the ability to manage stakeholders and their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Own all technical content during the product's lifecycle, including defining content elements and planning for specific projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage relationships to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Define and plan content scope and delivery, determining channels for assigned products according to the content strategy.
- Work closely with the GCS Project Leader and project management to assist with planning content delivery and stakeholder management.
- Ensure that input to risk assessments is completed, and coordinate with applicable development teams and planning for content delivery.
- Discuss and advise on standardization and best practices associated with content delivery and content management.
- Meet project timelines agreed with the PPE/project team, and ensure that the content creator is able to work in multiple iterations during Agile development.
- Strong skills in organization, planning, prioritization, and management of stakeholders and their expectations.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships within GCS.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
