Consultant for Global Consulting Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant for Global Consulting Services to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between ADP Services and clients, providing expert advice and support to ensure successful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Consultant for Global Consulting Services, working with clients to achieve their goals.
  • Assess and define client briefs, working closely with the GCS team to deliver solutions.
  • Capitalise on expertise and ADP network to advise, support, and sometimes take the client by hand until the goal is achieved.
  • Work with the GCS team to grow the team, improve collective consultative skills, and grow the GCS offering.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in one of the following areas: HCM Implementation projects, Project management applied to HR or payroll process, Consulting skills for payroll, EMEA country Payroll expertise, Time and Attendance systems, Payroll data management, testing, data mapping, data conversion.
  • Good functional knowledge of at least one of the ADP products GlobalView, Celergo/Streamline, eTime, Workforce manager.
  • Passion for supporting, helping, and sharing expertise to make a client successful.
  • Liking working on different types of missions with different clients.
  • Liking to learn and improve skills and expertise.
