About the Role
The Inside Sales Representative role is essential to our company's sales performance in the B2B segment. This role provides invaluable help and support to the rest of the commercial team, enabling the wider organization to expand lead generation and improve conversion.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, generating new business leads, and managing the pipeline via cold calling, emailing, etc. to identify potential leads and line up sales calls/visits for Market Managers.
Responsibilities:
• Outbound communication via cold calling and emails to identify potential leads.
• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
• Line up and organize sales calls, web demos, and sales visits.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
• Share best practices and make recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness in partnerships closing.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPIs.
• Participate in the preparation and handling of negotiations with potential partners.
