About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our profitable bar, inspiring and leading the bar team to deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve collective revenue growth and sustained profitability.

Responsibilities include mentoring and cultivating the skills of the bar team, fostering their growth in mixology expertise and impeccable customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in a similar leadership role within the luxury brand, with proficiency in English and Spanish.

They will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, an outgoing personality, flexible working hours, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven track record of excellence in a Bar Manager or similar leadership role within the luxury brand
• Proficient in English and Spanish
