_**The iNUA Collection**_ is on the lookout for a _**Food & Beverage Operations Managers**_ to join our teams in Ireland, this is a fantastic opportunity for a strong F&B Managers looking to get exposure to the operations side of the business too.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Shape Success**: Develop, implement, and evaluate our hotel's marketing plan and general business plan, crafting effective marketing and sales strategies that drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability.
- **Trendsetter**: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring present and future trends, practices, and systems in the food & beverage industry. Leverage this knowledge to ensure our operations remain at the forefront, delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
- **Impeccable Standards**: Conduct weekly inspections to maintain the highest standards for our food & beverage regions. Your recommendations for preventive maintenance will be crucial in keeping our property and equipment in top condition.
- **Boost Awareness**:Collaborate on the development of recognition programs, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Let your creativity shine as you increase market awareness and penetration, drawing more guests to our offerings.
- **Exceed Expectations**: With a keen eye for detail, inspect our food & beverage regions daily. Your commitment to cleanliness, maintenance, and prompt equipment replacement will ensure a flawless experience for our guests.
- **Knowledge Expert**:Showcase your expertise in all food & beverage procedures, serving as a valuable resource whenever needed.
- **Inspire Excellence**:Motivate and challenge our team members to achieve optimum food cost percentage and deliver outstanding service. Your leadership skills will drive employee productivity and satisfaction.
- **Financial Savvy**: Analyse financial reports related to food & beverage operations, identifying areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions and follow up to ensure profitability goals are met.
- **Collaborative Innovator**:Collaborate with the Head Chef, Director of Sales, and Reservations Manager to plan and coordinate exciting in-house activities and package plans that will captivate our guests.
- **Guest Focus**:Continuously improve guest service, food production techniques, and efficiency. By understanding guest needs and recommending appropriate training, you will contribute to unforgettable experiences.
- **Compliance Champion**: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing food & beverage operations, creating a safe and legal environment.
- **Cost-Conscious**:Monitor purchasing practices to ensure maximum quality at the lowest possible price, safeguarding our bottom line without compromising on excellence.
