This is a senior leadership position at Hotel Alfonso XIII A Luxury Collection Hotel Seville. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Culinary, Catering and Banqueting, and Maintenance.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement departmental strategies in alignment with the brand's business strategy.
- Ensure hotel operations meet brand standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Lead the hotel management team to achieve revenue goals and maximize financial performance.
- Manage profitability by analyzing service issues, identifying trends, and making informed decisions.
- Champion the brand's service vision and ensure alignment amongst hotel leadership teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree from an accredited university in Business Administration or Hotel Management.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar position as DOPs and F&B Management.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- An EC working permit.
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development within our global organization.
