Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Technical Sales Representative to foster strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional technical support, and drive sales growth in our target markets. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of professional work experience with one or a combination of customer service, service tech, sales, or engineering roles.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the target markets.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers on the application and use of our products.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate with the research and development team to gain a deep understanding of our products and communicate their unique selling points to customers.
• Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends and innovations.
• Create and present sales proposals and presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits of our products.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and establish new business connections.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
• 1 to 4 years of professional work experience with one or a combination of customer service, service tech, sales, or engineering roles.
• Good technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to tell a good story.
• Kind and courteous demeanor.
• Can-do attitude and high energy.
• High integrity and values.
• Fluency in English is required, Spanish is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, material science, engineering, or business or similar (in that order of preference).
• Valid U.S. Tourist Visa is required.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience. The company offers TN work visa sponsorship and some light relocation support.
