About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Strategy Lead to join our team and drive strategic initiatives that transform our business.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans that align with our company's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct discovery activities to gain insights and gather information that will inform the development of strategic solutions and strategic roadmaps.
- Collaborate with architecture, product owners, delivery teams, and other key stakeholders to help define product strategy, technical vision, and high-level strategic roadmaps.
- Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to identify challenges and opportunities.
- Support supplier selection processes and stay current with digital technologies and trends to ensure the organization stays competitive.
- Use data to drive decision-making and promote a data-driven culture.
- Ensure that solutions are designed to deliver maximum value to customers and demonstrate this empirically.
- Identify and surface key risks and issues, building an effective approach to mitigation and securing support when necessary.
- Develop a range of strategic options and scenarios based on identified issues and opportunities.
- Present findings, insights, and strategic options to relevant stakeholders and decision-makers.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic technology programs, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of system design, data & analytics, and software engineering practices.
- Extensive experience working with delivery teams in a scaled Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and ability to persuade others and manage expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with ability to lead, coach, support, and motivate others.
- Strong business case creation skills with a focus on prioritization and value creation.
