We're seeking an experienced Strategic Lead Consulting to lead our Power Consulting team in Spain. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing advisory projects for major electricity sector agents, including distribution, transmission, retailer, and generators. Your expertise will help them navigate regulatory, economic, and electricity challenges.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Defining Operating Guidelines and Facilitating Problem-Solving
Oversee progress within your area of responsibility, identify and manage technical issues, and drive team performance to ensure deliverables are met on time, as per contract, safety, and quality requirements.

Building and Retaining Long-Lasting Relationships
Assist in building and retaining long-lasting relationships with internal and external customers to support profitable growth and ongoing satisfaction.

Creating Work Plans and Cost Estimates
Create work plans and cost estimates for consulting work, ensuring that the technical consulting team is adequately resourced, developed, and equipped to meet business needs.

Establishing Contacts and Applying Leading-Edge Technologies
Establish contacts within customer organizations and apply leading-edge technologies and processes to deliver customer benefits. Support business development to negotiate contracts that meet customer objectives.

Your Background
We're looking for a Master's degree holder with a strong technical background in electrical engineering/automation, electricity market/economics, or optimization. If you're passionate about shaping the future of energy and have a proven track record in consulting, we'd love to hear from you.
