About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service and Sales Manager to join our team at IWG. As a key member of our community, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our Spaces centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the centre, focusing on exceptional customer service and sales growth.
  • Inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results and provide a great working environment for our members and guests.
  • Promote our centre to new customers and showcase the benefits of flexible workspace.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services and events.
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales, ideally in a hospitality or events environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other IT packages.
