Supplier Quality Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Specialist to join our team at Carrier. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers and driving continuous improvement in our supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct supplier qualification and certification processes to ensure compliance with Carrier's quality standards.
- Analyze quality data to identify systemic issues and develop supplier-specific quality initiative strategies.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and improve supplier performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers to implement quality improvements and ensure compliance with Carrier's quality standards.
- Monitor and report on supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
- Practical experience in supplier quality management and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
