Digital Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled MEA Key Account Manager to join our team at Mondia Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business development and growth opportunities in the Middle East and Africa region.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining a holistic and continuous focus on service excellence, identifying and nurturing business development opportunities with existing key clients, and collaborating with internal teams to design and implement differentiated and profitable solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analyzing client feedback and performance metrics to refine and improve service delivery and business strategies
- Driving results through effective teamwork to achieve KPIs
- Leading the campaign managers team in delivering excellence in campaign promotion
- Developing and cultivating productive relationships with key stakeholders in the Business
- Acting as the primary MEA marketing contact for the commercial team and operators
- Identifying and expediting opportunities to up/cross-sell new solutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to design and implement differentiated and profitable solutions
- Overseeing and managing performance MEA marketing campaign strategies to maximize ROI
