Role Overview

Mondia Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Development Manager to drive business growth and development opportunities in the Middle East and Africa region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a holistic focus on service excellence and identifying and nurturing business development opportunities with existing key clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze client feedback and performance metrics to refine and improve service delivery and business strategies.
  • Drive results through effective teamwork, ensuring achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead the campaign managers team in delivering excellence in campaign promotion.
  • Develop and cultivate productive relationships with key stakeholders in the business and act as the primary point of contact for all customer-related queries.
  • Identify and expedite opportunities to upsell and cross-sell new solutions, seeking opportunities to enhance the value proposition and drive revenue/margin realization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement differentiated and profitable solutions.
  • Oversee and manage performance marketing campaign strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Requirements

  • Exceptional ownership and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work with agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-centric approach to solution-selling.
  • Proven track record as a Key Account Manager in the VAS sector, ideally with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English.
