Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team to attract high-caliber talent and drive business growth.
- Partner closely with C-level leaders to build trust and respect through outstanding stakeholder management.
- Develop and execute a talent strategy aligned with the company's OKRs and long-term goals, particularly for commercial, sales, and marketing talent.
- Establish metrics and reporting for ongoing review, analysis, and decision-making to optimize hiring activity.
- Manage vendors and partnerships to reduce cost-of-hire and increase vendor performance.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, and other People teams.
- Develop best practices related to compensation and benefits, employment law, and contracts based on industry knowledge and competitive benchmarking.
- Successful experience leading a talent acquisition team in a high-growth startup or scale-up (ideally with 3+ direct reports).
- Approximately 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly in functional or supporting units.
- Ability to break down long-term hiring strategies into shorter-term initiatives.
- Open-minded and collaborative approach, valuing teamwork over individual success.
