Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Veepee. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading all recruitment activities for our international sourcing and sales production departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy to support business objectives.
  • Lead a team of recruitment specialists to source, select, and hire top talent for various roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and smooth execution.
  • Partner with other teams to build strong relationships and ensure a high-level client experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams and driving business results.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with a third European language a plus.
