Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy to support business objectives.
- Lead a team of recruitment specialists to source, select, and hire top talent for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and smooth execution.
- Partner with other teams to build strong relationships and ensure a high-level client experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams and driving business results.
- Strong understanding of business operations and ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with a third European language a plus.
